State Records Center and Document Destruction Center

  • Provide economical storage and retrieval of state agency records which must be retained, but which need not be maintained in high cost office or departmental storage areas.

  • Provide vault facilities for the permanent storage, delivery, and retrieval of the state's vital or essential records in case of disaster (microfilm copies only).

  • Provide for the destruction of confidential paper records, microfilm, microfiche, cassette tapes, computer tapes, and other like material by on-site shredding.

  • Other services include records transfer list status, records requests, pull records on a "rush" basis, and provide overnight dispatch of records requested.
