The Union Label Policy memo was issued by the Department of Personnel Administration, Labor Relations Division.  A procedural memo dated 4/29/99  was issued by the Department of General Services.  This policy shall remain posted for your information and convenience.  The Office of State Publishing is unionized but will continue to support Public Contract Code regulations when soliciting vend-out prices for our customers.
