The IDM staff can assist you in understanding how imaging technologies and document management can improve your critical business processes. We work closely with state and local government agencies by providing information on various solutions so users can anticipate, understand, and deploy emerging technologies.
We also provide streamlined processes for government agencies to purchase imaging services through our Master Service Agreements (MSAs). The MSAs allow you to quickly choose pre-qualified solution providers and avoid the lengthy competitive bid process. In essence, we have done the bid process for you! You just choose a solution that fits your needs and then go with it!
