The Office of State Publishing (OSP) is part of the Interagency Support Division of the Department of General Services. OSP is the printing facility operated by the State of California for the purpose of printing legislative bills and provides printing services to all California state agencies.
Although our services include fulfillment for publications whose agencies require the service, we do not distribute state agency publications to the general public.
